From reference implementation to research association
Tyche Institute is new. The work behind it is not. This page records the short arc honestly, without pretending institutional age the association does not have.
2025
The work began as Aletheia AI, a prototype for verifiable AI-agent evidence packages. The project hardened into the EATF line: signed evidence packages, timestamping, hash-linked audit material, and independent verifier work.
Early 2026
The project crossed the threshold from working code to research programme. It needed a home for working papers, reproducible deposits, standards-facing notes, and collaboration that could be separated from any commercial or employer context.

Tyche Institute MTÜ was registered in Estonia as a non-profit association. The official registry code is 80673227 . The official record is linked from Verify.
May 2026 onward
Tyche's public record is built from permanent outputs: Zenodo deposits, ETIS records, submitted manuscripts, public project pages, and reproducible reference material. The institute remains intentionally narrow: verifiable AI evidence, cryptographic provenance, human oversight records, and the regulatory boundaries around them.
