Estonia appoints Anton Sokolov to the Management Committee of COST Action CA25178
Anton Sokolov has accepted Estonia's nomination as a Management Committee member for COST Action CA25178, Agentic Physical AI: Building the European Network for Agentic Embodied Intelligence (API-Net). The e-COST acceptance was completed on 11 August 2026, with Tyche Institute as his affiliation.
API-Net brings together research and practice around embodied, agentic AI: autonomous, goal-directed systems that interact with the physical world. The Action begins on 9 October 2026 and runs until 8 October 2030. Tyche's relevant contribution is in machine-verifiable authorisation, action evidence, reproducible negative test vectors, and the relationship between runtime controls, governance, and human oversight.
The appointment is an individual national-representative role. It is not organisational COST membership, employment, certification, a grant award, or an endorsement of Tyche Institute's publications or tools. A separate expression of interest has been filed for Working Group 3, Ethics, Trust, and Policy Alignment; working-group participation is not claimed until the Action decides it.
The public COST Action page has not yet synchronised Estonia's appointment. This note records the completed e-COST acceptance and will link the public roster entry when it appears.
