A bounded evidence stream combining Tyche's public RIPE Atlas probe, Zeus1 dual-stack service observations, and RIPEstat/RIS/RPKI routing evidence. It records what was observed, when, and from which evidence layer—without turning a successful check or a signature into a claim of universal availability, authority, or security.

Public artifacts

The source collectors preserve their detailed snapshots on Zeus1. The public package contains only allow-listed aggregates and hashes; probe addresses, geometry, descriptions, credentials, and private keys are excluded.

Claim boundary

  • A successful observation is evidence from one vantage point and time, not proof of global availability.
  • Probe location and ASN fields are metadata and may be approximate; this public receipt excludes addresses and geometry.
  • TLS retrieval does not reproduce a complete browser transaction.
  • RPKI-valid means the observed origin/prefix pair matched a valid ROA; it is not a general security or authorization verdict.
  • Artifact hashes establish byte identity, not truth, authority, completeness, or legal effect.
  • RIPE Atlas participation is not RIPE NCC membership or LIR status.

Measurement programme

The one-off validation returned 32 successful rows from 4 scheduled sources. RIPE Atlas did not schedule one of the five requested probes, so the receipt reports four-source coverage rather than five. The observed charge was 848 credits, below the declared 1,060-credit ceiling.

The public 30-day campaign runs from 2026-08-13 10:25:00 UTC through 2026-09-12 10:25:00 UTC, using 20 sources selected across AFRINIC, APNIC, ARIN, LACNIC, and RIPE NCC service regions. Its live launch estimate was 19,520 credits per day, automatic top-up is disabled, and the stop time is fixed. The separate local baselines remain in progress through 2026-09-01 19:11:00 UTC.

The first bounded ten-minute result window returned 77/77 narrow successes across all eight definitions. This confirms result flow from sources scheduled in that window, not 20-probe completeness or long-run availability.

The latest captured window, ending 2026-08-13 17:24:40 UTC, returned 278/279 narrow successes. All eight definitions included rows from all 20 scheduled sources. Because this window is shorter than the six-hour definition interval, it is not a continuous-availability or full-interval completeness claim.

The campaign uses earned Atlas probe-host credits only. It does not use a member voucher and does not imply RIPE NCC membership or LIR status.
