Structure
People
Tyche Institute is small by design. This page sets out the public roles needed to understand the institute without inflating staff, titles, or institutional reach.
Board
The board role is recorded in the Estonian e-Business Register. The current public registry record controls legal representation for Tyche Institute MTÜ, and the board carries legal responsibility for the association under Estonian non-profit law.
Research programme
The institute's research programme maintains the publication pipeline, the EATF reference-implementation line, and the working papers listed on Research. Researcher identifiers are attached to specific scholarly outputs where authorship and citation metadata require them.
Tyche publishes institutional roles rather than personal employment titles. External affiliations and day-job roles are not republished on the institute's people page; they belong to the individual, not to the institute.
Advisors
Advisory board in formation. Tyche is actively looking for advisors in cryptographic governance, eIDAS / eIDAS 2.0 trust services, AI evaluation, public-sector AI procurement, and Estonian and European administrative practice. Advisors will appear here once engagements are confirmed and consent is given.

Contributors
Technical work — reference implementations, specifications, and verifiers — is performed by volunteer contributors under Apache 2.0. Commit history is the canonical contributor record on the project repositories linked from eatf.eu.
How to get involved
- Open an issue or pull request on the project repositories (eatf.eu).
- Read a working paper and send comments to [email protected] — pre-publication review on Zenodo deposits is welcome.
- Propose a research workshop or evidence-readiness pilot via the Services page.
